【Product End-of-Life Announcement】
The RTM (Real-time Monitoring) platform will be discontinued as of August 30, 2025, at 23:59 (GMT+8), and will no longer be available for purchase, subscription, or updates.
IoTSuite will be the subsequent product for edge data collection and cloud-edge collaboration, serving as the platform for iFactory application development.
- Existing RTM users on the WISE-PaaS public cloud SA site can continue their subscriptions with equivalent technical support provided. Advantech reserves the right to ultimately terminate the service.
- For RTM customers with private deployment, Advantech will provide equivalent technical support during the valid period of the SLA agreement.
- Detailed content and specifications for IoTSuite can be found on the relevant product pages in the WISE.
