【Product End-of-Life Announcement】
The RTM/FMS (Facility Management System) service will be discontinued at 23:59 (GMT+8) on June 30, 2026. Orders/subscriptions and updates will no longer be available.
IoTSuite/FMS will be the replacement, which will be rebuilt on the IoTSuite platform and is expected to be launched on January 2026.
- Existing FMS users of the WISE-PaaS public cloud SA site will continue to subscribe and receive the same level of technical support. Advantech reserves the right to terminate this service.
- Existing RTM/FMS customers using private deployments will receive the same level of technical support during the SLA period.
