【IoTSuite/IoT Edge- the Alternative of IoTSuite/DataHub】
The IoTSuite/ DataHub service will be discontinued as of 23:59 (GMT+8) on July 10, 2025.
It will no longer be available for subscription, purchase, or updates. The WISE-IoTSuite/ IoTEdge will serve as the new solution for edge data acquisition and cloud-edge collaboration.
*Note: This announcement does not apply to customers in Japan or China.
- For existing users of DataHub on the WISE-PaaS public cloud (SA site), subscriptions may continue with equivalent technical support provided. Advantech reserves the right to terminate the service at its discretion.
- For customers with on-premise deployed IoTSuite/ DataHub, Advantech will continue to provide equivalent technical support during the valid SLA contract period.
- For detailed specifications and information on IoTSuite/ IoTEdge, please refer to the relevant product pages on the Marketplace.
